Americas Best offers a great location with an awesome friendly staff. the onsite Delizioso Pizza is amazing, especially the Gyro Pizza. Reasonable rates and convenient bus line. Comfortable for extended stays.

Great value, great 4-star hotel. Decent staff members, marvelous location really close to a sex shop, and Pinnacle Bank Arena. Bonus points for central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave.

Yhe motel was clean and well kept. The staff was courteous. There was a decent looking outdoor pool. We received a discount for a Perkins restaurant nearby with good food.

To enter the motel we had to drive on past an adult novelties store and a gas station to find the entrance and drive back across their lots to the motel. There were two beds in the room, but each was accessible from only one side. The decor was so stark it was like being institionalized; we have been in other Motel 6 and other comparably priced motels recently that were much more attractive. Every inch of the walls and ceiling was the same yellowish coarse pebble grain glossy paint; it was probably fairly fresh, but looked almost exactly like white paint badly aged.

Marvellous location, the free parking was available. Local fast food option Mcdonald's was 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were quiet and extremely spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I appreciated it.

The breakfasts are good and large, with juice, bacon, and waffles. the staff are really kind and great. the bed is exceptionally comfortable. the hotel is in a great position, really close to the airport and restaurants.

Rooms were refurbished. All was looking neat and clean.

They have cut out many amenities that one expects even in a budget motel-- E.G., Shampoo, hair dryer, etc.

For a budget motel, it was the cleanest, best well kept motel that we have ever stayed at. I have been coming back every two years on our way to Colorado to visit family in Colorado Springs (not affected by the fires). We are from Canada and it's a perfect stay on our three day journey. Staff were freindly, helpful and helped make our one night stay very enjoyable. Other locations were just 'rest stops' but Motel ^ in Lincoln was truely part of our vacation that we looked forward to, especially your pool and discount at Perkins restaurant. i have stayed at this motel several times over the last ten years and this last time was the worst....i asked for a non-smoking room being that i have a breathing issue and it was like someone was standing in the hall and smoking...the tv is a small 19in with nothing but sport channels,nothing to tell you what channels were what expect on the tv itself, when i was checking in i had the night clerk tell me "i was lucky because i got the last non-smoking room" i thought i reserved a room why would i be lucky,isnt that why you book a room a month in advance....you heard the traffic outside all in all not a nice stay wont be staying there again, we booked the room for 2 nights , we left after that first night

The room was spotless, the bathroom was clean, with amenities like hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and plenty of towels.

The room was impeccably clean and fairly quiet, featuring 2 double beds and complimentary breakfast. It was equipped with a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. the hotel's location near the airport was good and convenient, close to Lincoln and Nebraska.
